General Questions
Yes, the investment amount is refundable after the completion of 11 months of the contract under the below clauses:
a. The comprehensive performance of the branch.
b. Initially, Global Outsourcing Solutions givesa period of 20 days (effective from the date of signing the agreement) to take full-fledged training after which the branch is eligible to launch the projects in the market.
Further, the company gives 6 months period to the branch to outsource the projects with a minimum of 10 slots (5 seats per centre consider 1 slot) for BPO Projects with ticket size 2 lac, 10 ATM Installations (worth of 6 lac), 10 Franchise Tie-ups (Pharma, Grocery, Food, Health, Retail, etc, with ticket size INR 6 to 35 lac)
*If the branch achieves the target as mentioned, the entire invested Global Franchise amount is refundable on the completion of 11 months. However, if the branch fails to achieve the target within 6 months, the investment amount becomes non-refundable.
Global Outsourcing Solutions is a customer-centric company. It operates in the market to benefit the customers as well as its associates (franchise partners, employees and other vendors). Below are the forfeit conditions:
a. If the branch fails to achieve its minimum target in the given timeline, the investment amount becomes non-refundable.
b. Failing to achieve the target may also lead to branch termination with one month notice period given by the company. (Please refer to clause 10 in SLA for termination.)
Yes, Global Outsourcing Solutions believe in documenting its associations. Hence, we will provide the assurance in writing as per the below metrics:
a. Minimum monthly Target needs to be achieved with at least 5customers closing per month. (business ticket size min 2 lac + 18% GST in any business sector BPO, IMPORT EXPORT, FRANCHISE, IT, LIASIONING, VISA any). Global Outsourcing Solutions will provide all inquiries and the branch needs to call, handle, follow up, organize and manage meetings and ensure closure.
The branch office needs to have the following in place:
1) Formal office set up with company’s marketing board, flex and staff.
2) Global Outsourcing Solutions help in hiring and training the staff online. (The team should be capable of handling all inquiries which will be provided from the company’s side. Additionally, they need to ensure transparency and there is no miscommunication to customers or the authorities of Global Outsourcing Solutions).
3) The branch will be liable to conduct business and the services of Global Outsourcing Solutions. No other business should be done from that branch and the database provided by Global Outsourcing Solutions shall not be misused in any condition.
4) Global Outsourcing Solutions will provide standardized agreement formats for specific sectors that need to be handled with confidentiality.
5) Franchise holders should be available for business meetings and updated whenever asked by Global Outsourcing Solutions.
6) There should be no gap in customer follow-ups and sharing of business proposals.
7) Customer queries should be acknowledged immediately or within 2 working days.
The branch office needs to have a formal office setup in their respective location. (Space can be rented, owned, semi or fully furnished as per the branch owner’s allowance.)
Monthly expenses such as office rent, electricity, peon, staff salary and other miscellaneous expenses will be borne by Franchise Holder, as Global Company also helps branch partners to achieve their monthly target as mentioned in answer no 3.

Yes, you can visit our head office in Delhi with prior appointment.
It is a state-owned franchise.
The profit margin for handling a branch is 20% of the total sales deal. For instance, we close the deal of amount INR 2 lac then the franchise partner gets 20% ofINR 2 lac i.e.INR 40,000. This profit-sharing depends on sales and in this model, the company will not pay the expenses like staff salary, rent, electricity and miscellaneous.

General Questions
A. Investment is the first step for any business. We require investment for the processing of any project that is reliable to work upon.The initial phase of project processing includes training, data, software installation and technical support that care carried out throughout the contract. For the setup phase, we charge a project fee.
When you invest in business you run such business also with due diligence. If we will not charge for business then what is the guarantee from your side you will run business properly and complete the work on time. Or you will not leave the project in middle and continue it.
A. The payment is 100% guaranteed if you meet the project compliances like timely submission, target and accuracy. After signing the agreement, we take complete responsibility for your payments only if your work is genuine.
A. No other company across the country is offering the services which we are providing as we are the only authorized company to outsource these projects in India. No other company can offer genuine or reliable projects without taking our franchise.
A. We are a Governmentof India approved (MSME)and ISO-certified companyin this sector with 70 active centersrunning across India. Our existing clients and customers demonstrate the trust they have put in our organization. For further queries, you can always visit our headoffice in Delhi.
A. We have a good reach in terms of the number of centres. A few of our centres have been suspended over time due to their lacking performance as they were not able to meet project compliances like timely submission, target and accuracy.
A. The complaints you have noticed are fake as you can check our replies to each and every complaint. These complaints are not genuine as they did not raise any agreement documents in relation to our company or any other sort of documentation to support their complaints till date. Moreover, we have also taken legal action against them for defaming our company.
A. The cost of the project is high as these projects are genuine and we are the only authorized company to provide these projects across the country. Moreover, we have the highest payout projects and 50% amount is refundable in some projects, as per the client’s project policy.
A. As per the regulations of the service sector, one cannot provide a bank guarantee or PDC cheque on single seating. Although for our clientele, we provide PDC on 10 seats. As it is the end client policy, it is not feasible to provide PDC on a single seat.
You are required to pay the initial training cost i.e.INR 20,000. The client will give complete training to your team and after training, there will be a test of your center. In the test,the client gives some forms to fill up considering TAT, target and accuracy. The client would also seek assurance of your team's performance for billing adjustments from payouts.
If you qualify for the test,the billing adjustment is possible. By any chance, if you disqualify, then either you can pay the balance project fee and continue to work or do not pay and discontinue. If you discontinue then the training fee amount becomes non-refundable.
The center details are highly confidential. We receive more than 100 inquiries for this business on daily basis.
